Joanne has worked in administration and customer service for over 20 years. Holding an NVQ in Business Administration Joanne has looked after the office at Aquila for past 8 years. Margaret has worked in finance and customer service her whole career operating at Directorship level. Margaret is a member of the Institute of Credit Management and has been instrumental in the implementation and management of Aquila’s new accountancy process and played a key role in Aquila becoming FCA Members. Being married to Phil’s dad, Margaret and Joanne are the real bosses.
For the last 6 years Becky has held several positions in hospitality and customer service. Becky is a key member of the team and manages the customer appointments and engineer’s diaries. Becky is shy but not so innocent.
